After Care Program

i3 ACADEMY AFTER-SCHOOL CARE PROGRAM

HOURS OF OPERATION:
Our after-school care program is open on Mondays from 1:45 to 5:30 and Tuesday
through Friday, 3:00 to 5:30. A late fee of $10.00 per child will be charged after 5:35
p.m. An additional $10.00 will be charged, per child, at 5:45 p.m. At 6:00 p.m., another
$10.00, per child, will be charged and the child(ren) will be subject to being taken to the
police department by our SRO to be picked up by a parent. If you fail to pick your child
up on time more than three times, your child will no longer be able to participate in the
after-school care program.
DATES OF OPERATION:
AUGUST 5, 2025 TO MAY 19, 2026

 

AGES:
Services are provided for students in Kindergarten through 5th grade. We will open up
10 spaces for 6th graders for the 2025-2026 school year. The 6th graders will be
transported by bus to the elementary school. There WILL NOT be an extended care
program at the middle school location.

 

COST (2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR):
$180.00 per month per child; 90.00 for the second child, and 45.00 for the third child
Program fees are based on a 4 week monthly calendar. Fees are not and will not be
prorated for scheduled school holidays, suspensions, teacher workdays, or general
absences. Our monthly rate is based on a weekly rate x 36 weeks of school divided
into 10 equal monthly payments. When you register you will be required to include
automatic payment information by including a credit card, bank card, or bank routing
information for automatic withdrawal. You will be billed at the end of each month for the
upcoming month. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Example: Billing statement

August 28th. Payment is due September 1st. We do not accept cash or Child Care
Assistance payments. Your child will not be able to attend the program the following
month if you have a balance.

 

REGISTRATION:
There is a $25.00 non-refundable application fee that is required when you apply for the
program. You will NOT be able to apply for this program if you have an existing
extended care balance. Applications will not be taken until there is a zero balance.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If a parent wishes to cancel any month or any week of Afterschool Childcare, two (2)
weeks’ advance WRITTEN notice is required. No refunds or credits will be issued for
requests not meeting the two (2) week notice and the monthly/weekly balance will be
considered due. Please email the Director of Student Services at srich@i3academy.org
to submit cancellations.

i3 Academy requires continuous registration for the entire school year to maintain a spot
in the program. i3 cannot accommodate requests for temporary breaks in
service/payment during the school year. Requests to cancel a service period of
Afterschool Care will cancel all future service periods/months remaining in the school
year beyond the 2-week required notification. If parents choose to cancel under these
terms, they may re-registers when they are ready to return to the program as space allows.

ACTIVITIES:
Students will participate in math, literacy, social-emotional learning, and craft activities.
Grades 1-6 will have the option to participate in Scouts, coding, robotics, and Red
Mountain Theater. Other activities such as karate, chess, and dance will be offered for
an additional parent payment through the instructor.

APPLICATION STEPS AND HELPFUL TIPS:
Step 1: Go to https://enrollments.smartcare.com/i3academy2025return if you are a
returning aftercare user. Click on “Existing User.” This link is passcode protected for
your individual application. The passcode is valid for only 10 minutes. Do NOT
share it with others.

Step 2: Smartcare will send you an email with a one-time passcode. Enter the
passcode in the correct lines provided, submit and set up your SmartCare Registration
account. (Save your password).

 

Step 3: Complete the enrollment form to register. When prompted for the “expectant
enrollment date” enter 8/5/2025.

 

Step 4: Emergency contact: DO NOT list the parent or guardian. Please list another
person that we can contact in case of an emergency and we cannot get in touch with
you. This is also where you will list everybody that has permission to pick up your child.
Please list them here and make sure to select the box for each child you want the
emergency contact person and pick-up person to be assigned to.

Step 5: In order to complete registration you must complete the payment registration
fee. This requires auto payment set up. You will only be charged for the registration fee
of $25.00. You will be emailed a receipt.

 

Step 6: Based on available seats, if your child(ren) are accepted, you will receive a confirmation
email from us.

 

Failure to pay your tuition on time will affect your enrollment status. Any account with a
late payment status for 1 week, will be dropped and you will have to re-enroll and pay
the registration fee again, if seats are available. Your child will not be able to attend the
program if you have a balance.
