Board Chair

Dr. Bice is the Education Director for the Mike and Gillian Goodrich Foundation. He is the former State Superintendent for the State of Alabama where he led all public school systems in the state.

Vice President

Bobby Humphrey is Vice President of Business Development at Bryant Bank. He is a former University of Alabama football player. After his time at Alabama, he played professional football for the Denver Broncos and the Miami Dolphins.

Board Secretary

LaShunta "Shun" Boler is a parent in Woodlawn. She is also a career attorney with her own private practice. She an active voice in the Woodlawn community.

Janet King is a director at The New Teacher Project and a Birmingham resident. She leads teams through strategic efforts supporting public school systems across the country in achieving their goals for students with a focus on talent, equity, community engagement, and change management.

Tanesha Sims-Summers is a Woodlawn small business owner. She is the founder and owner of Naughty But Nice Kettle Corn, a creative kettle corn company located in the heart of Woodlawn. Tanesha is also an i3 parent.

Selena Rogers Dickerson is the Founder and President of SARCOR, LLC, an engineering and design project management firm. She has also founded Selene LLC, which specializes in supplier diversity metrics, coaching, and consulting. She is also an i3 parent.

Joe Ayers is the Real Estate Director for the Woodlawn Foundation. Prior to this role, he was the Vice President of Property Management at Red Rock Realty Group. He provides support on school facility decisions.
